The summer of 2013 was blisteringly hot and humid, both in Britain and the rest of the world.
Perhaps nothing too unusual.
Then it started to rain.
Still nothing unusual.
It started to rain everywhere in the world, even in deserts.
And it didn’t stop.
EVER.
It’s now 2113, and humanity has been reduced to small struggling communities. The heroes are based in one of these communities- Victoria, on the south coast of what was once England. The town is cut-off by the War’s Ash navy, which is in the process of invading the allied settlement of Highfield. Perhaps the mysterious beings some call the Angels have something to do with it. Time to find out what’s really going on in War’s Ash.
