Colonel Marlin-B-DOH-1 is one of the best soldiers in Alpha Complex, a Blue clearance legend tipped for the top. He succeeded at mission after mission, rooting out traitors and Commies with aplomb. But the colonel hasn’t reported in for a while. Obviously it’s impossible that a highly decorated troubleshooter of his calibre should have gone rogue. It’s even less possible that he could be out in a disconnected sector running his own private kingdom. And the notion that he might have installed his own parody of our beloved Computer frankly borders on treason.
Nevertheless. Just to make sure, a small band of troubleshooters is going up the MEK-ONG mag rail, right into the heart of DRK sector. Their mission is to re-establish full communications, investigate the situation, complete the relevant mission review forms, and then terminate the Colonel’s command. Terminate… with extreme bureaucracy.
