Island of the Lich

Your band of adventurers sits aboard the Messenger – a tight, fleet-sailed caravel making the uneventful run from Concord to Shadow Port. Easy money, escorting a cargo across the Midland Sea – you’ll have more problems from the pirates and thieves in Shadow Port than you will from these calm, breezy waters. According to the captain, he’s never had so much as a cross word from another ship on this run, and he’s been sailing this route for 40 years. But then a ship appears on the horizon, bearing down from an island that doesn’t seem to be on the charts, and the crew start to look worried – is that a black flag they sail under? Surely the Lich King wouldn’t dare prey in these safe waters?

What do you think about that?
