The rundown Fairground has stood deserted on the outskirts of town for nearly 5 decades. The place has a grim and distressing past.
The year is 2013. Snow lies deep. In the earlier hours of the morning two parents search through the dark and snowy fairground for their missing children. Festivities are the last thing on their minds.
Meanwhile in the administration office it’s New Years Eve 1964. Five people party, unaware that their negligence will soon cause the death of a young boy. Something is very wrong.
