It’s August in Crystal Cove and the weather is hotter than a chili dog covered in chili sauce, with a side order of jalapenos. August can only mean one thing, the annual Crystal Cove Carnival.
From candy floss to chili dogs to cheeseburgers, this is a dream come true for Shaggy and Scooby. This year, however, things are not going to plan as strange and spooky happenings have occurred. As usual the Mayor, Fred’s father, has asked Mystery Incorporated to investigate.
