The small village of Tansu is not a happy place. Not only is it plagued by bandits, but a young woman has been abducted from there. Jiao Lien is the daughter of a local farmer and was engaged to be married to a young man from the village. But now the prefect, Chao Chung Zhang, has abducted her and plans to marry her himself.
So it is fortunate for the people of Tansu that a band of six noble wuxia heroes is coming to their village. Surely these mighty warriors can rescue the fair Jiao from a fate worse than death and return her to where she truly belongs.
