Ulfwald, a Saxa trader needs guards for his caravan of grain, seed and household goods heading north into Heligioland and to Watchgap Fort. As the Spring thaw stirs life from Winter’s tight grasp, his caravan, like so many, provides a lifeline to the northern steads beyond the Icebarrier mountains.
You’ve taken up the task, each for your own reasons. You know that strong sword arms are needed and the first light of hope after the cruel Winter also brings many dangers and new possibilities.
