Jarl Svip Bilsunu rules over the town that straddles the only road into the heart of Angmark from The Freelands. Attacks on caravans travelling west by orcs and goblin tribes, passing through the Draugr Hills are not uncommon, but of late they have become more vicious and regular, with identifiable red arrows found at the scene pointing to a new foe. Jarl Svip does not want to cause problems for, or appear weak to his Cyning, so he despatches his closest and most senior bodyguards to address the emergent threat.
